Shipping

We offer free shipping on all of our products worldwide.

From order to arrival takes anywhere from 7-30 days, although mostly under 14 days. You'll be able to see estimated time of arrival & track your order following a link in the order confirmation email. The email is sent to you shortly after you've placed your order.

Shipping times may vary depending on where you live, when you ordered (weekend, time of day), which product or how many products you ordered etc.

 

Returns Policy

Because the products are made specifically for your order, we don't accept returns, as well as fit or sizing-related returns. Information about how the product fits can be found in the product description, and the size chart is the very last image of the product images.

If there's a major embroidery error or visible quality issue, we'll do everything we can to replace or refund it. You'll have to contact us with your order number (example: "#PF012345678") in the Contact page within 28 days of receiveing your order, with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.

If we can't replace or refund the product, you'll be compensated with a coupon code worth the same as the product with the error/quality issue.

 

FAQ

Q: "Can I cancel my order?"

A: You'll have to contact us as soon as possible in the Contact page, with your order number (example: "#PF012345678") and hopefully we'll be able to cancel it. If it's been more than 24 hours since you ordered, the chances are slim that we'll be able to cancel it. Make sure you send us your order id/number in the message, for example: "#PF012345678".

If you wish to still make an order, maybe because you accidentally ordered the wrong size, you'll have to reorder by yourself.

Q: "What if I misspelled my address or typed in the wrong address?"

A: Contact us in the Contact page with the correctly spelled address as well as your order number (example: "#PF012345678"), and we'll most likely be able to send it back to you once we've received your package.

If you typed in the wrong address, but that address exists, also contact us in the Contact page with the correct address, and we might be able to get it shipped to you instead. If we can't fix it for you, you'll be compensated with a coupon code worth the same as the order we couln't ship to you.

Q: "What if I didn't pick up my package from the postbox or pickup point in time?"

A: Contact us in the Contact page with your order number (example: "#PF012345678"), and we'll be able to send it back to you once we've received your package, although you'll have to pay the shipping cost.

If you don't contact us after 28 days, starting when we've received the package, we won't send it back to you. You won't get a refund or any coupon code either.

Q: "What if i didn't receive my order?"

A: If your order got lost in transit, you need to contact us within 28 days after the earliest estimated delivery date. Contact us in the Contact page, with your order number (example: "#PF012345678") and explanation, and you'll get a refund, coupon code or new order sent out to you, if it's our fault. Now if you accidentally typed the wrong address or misspelled it, we've answered that question on this page as well (two questions up). Scroll up until you find it.

Q: "Where can I see the size guide/chart for a product?"

A: The size guide chart can be found in the product listing's last image. Continue to swipe left over the product images until you find it.

Q: "Can I order a product as a gift/present for someone else?"

A: Of course, but we're unfortunately unable to ship the product/s in any gift/present packaging. No price tags or price is displayed whatsoever, so you won't have to worry about that.
